Description
The Garmin GHS 11 is a wired remote handset that extends full control of a compatible Garmin fixed-mount VHF radio to a second station, making it ideal for vessels with a flybridge, cockpit or below-deck helm. It provides complete radio operation away from the main unit and supports intercom communication between connected stations, so crew can talk to one another around the boat.
The handset is supplied with a 10 m extension cable, and up to two additional cables can be connected in series for a maximum run of 30 m, giving flexibility for larger installations. The IPX7-rated housing withstands the marine environment, and the included cradle, connector and mounting hardware make for a clean, secure installation. The GHS 11 works as a second station on compatible Garmin VHF radios such as the VHF 115/215 and VHF 315 series.
