Description
A B&G depth sensor supplied with a 10 m cable, for use with the shut-off valve (SOV) through-hull housing. The valve arrangement lets the sensor be withdrawn safely while the boat is afloat, which matters on deep draft yachts where the transducer cannot simply be reached when the boat is lifted. A two-stage withdrawal process keeps the operation dry, so the sensor can be cleaned or replaced without hauling out.
