Description
The IRIS-EX4106 is a high-definition, explosion-proof IP PTZ camera built for the most hazardous marine and industrial environments, including engine-room and deck monitoring, chemical and petroleum facilities, oil depots, drilling platforms and other offshore vessels. The body is machined from marine-grade 316L stainless steel, making it both extremely rugged and corrosion proof, and matching explosion-proof junction boxes and cable hoses are available for complete protection.
It is certified for use in flammable and explosive atmospheres, carrying an ExdIICT6Gb / ExtDA21 marking that covers IIA, IIB and IIC flammable gas groups across temperature classes T1 to T6, plus Zones 20, 21 and 22 for combustible dust. A built-in LED illuminator provides visibility to around 40m in darkness.
This EX4106 model is the network version, delivering 2MP (1920 x 1080P) streaming video with a 12x optical zoom. It is ONVIF Profile S compliant for integration with network displays and recorders, runs on 12VDC with optional Power over Ethernet, and supports multiple compression rates, bitrates, streaming protocols and browsers.
