The Garmin GT41-TH is a 12-pin stainless steel thru-hull transducer combining traditional 50/200 kHz sonar with Garmin ClearVu and SideVu CHIRP scanning sonar. It includes a fairing block for hulls up to 25 degrees deadrise and a built-in temperature sensor.
Description
The Garmin GT41-TH is an all-in-one 12-pin thru-hull transducer that combines traditional 50/200 kHz sonar with Garmin ClearVu and SideVu CHIRP scanning sonar (260 and 455 kHz). The 600 W traditional channel reaches 1,500 ft and performs well in rough conditions, while the 500 W per element scanning sonar gives picture-like detail below the boat (ClearVu to 1,000 ft) and wide structure coverage to the sides (SideVu to 750 ft). A fairing block, isolation plate and bushings are included so it can be flush-mounted on hulls of up to 25 degrees deadrise and on metal hulls, and at least one anti-rotation bolt is required. A built-in fast-response water temperature sensor is fitted. It connects via a 12-pin sonar port to compatible Garmin chartplotters and the GCV 10 sonar black box.
