Description
The Raymarine T473SC is the choice of professional mariners, offering premium imaging performance combined with state of the art 2-axis gyro stabilisation. It pairs a 640 x 480 (VGA) FLIR thermal detector with a full colour low-light visible camera and 10x continuous zoom, giving outstanding situational awareness and the ability to positively identify targets in daytime or low light.
The rugged, waterproof gimbal provides continuous 360 degree pan and plus or minus 90 degree tilt, while active gyro-stabilisation compensates for vessel motion to deliver steady imagery when seas are rough. Automatic window de-ice heaters keep the lens clear in cold conditions and FLIR Proprietary Digital Detail Enhancement sharpens the picture automatically, with a 35 mm lens giving an 18 x 14 degrees field of view.
The T473SC integrates over Ethernet with Raymarine multifunction displays for on-screen control, or can be operated using the dedicated T Series Joystick Control Unit. This model outputs PAL video at a 25 Hz refresh rate.
