Description
The FLIR Top Down Installation Riser Kit is a specialist mounting accessory for FLIR M-Series thermal cameras that are to be installed in a top-down orientation. Constructed from marine-grade ABS fibreglass, the riser provides the required height extension and a stable mounting interface to position the camera correctly when mounting on a mast, radar arch, crow's nest or any overhead structure where a downward-facing or angled camera angle is required.
The ABS fibreglass construction is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, making it well-suited for demanding saltwater marine environments. The riser kit includes all fixings needed for installation. It is distinct from the metal riser kit (A80509) supplied for M100 and M200 cameras, and is intended for use with the M-Series platform where a non-metallic riser is specified.
