Description
The Simrad HH36 puts full Class D Digital Selective Calling and GPS in the palm of your hand. A built-in GPS sensor shows your latitude, longitude and time on screen and attaches your position to DSC distress calls, while a one-touch distress button transmits your MMSI and position until acknowledged. A buddy list with position polling and tracking lets you keep tabs on other vessels in your group.
Designed for life on the water, the HH36 offers switchable 5 W or 1 W transmit power, quick access to three favourite channels, a flexible dual-watch facility and a weather alert facility. It runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and is waterproof and submersible to JIS-7, making it a dependable handheld for tenders, sailing and as a backup radio aboard larger boats.
