Description
The Victron 12V/60Ah AGM Deep Cycle battery is a sealed valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery built with absorbent glass mat technology, in which the electrolyte is held in a glass-fibre mat between the plates. It is maintenance free and can be installed in most orientations without spillage.
AGM construction provides very low internal resistance, giving strong high-current performance alongside dependable deep-cycle service. With 280 A cold cranking and 80 minutes reserve capacity, this 60Ah battery works equally well as a starter or a house battery on smaller vessels.
Lead-calcium grids and high-purity materials keep self-discharge below 2% per month at 20°C, allowing long storage between charges in cool conditions. Keeping discharges shallow where practical helps the battery reach its full service life.
