Description
The Victron Lithium SuperPack 12.8V 100Ah High Current is the higher-output version of the 100Ah SuperPack, a LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) battery with an integrated battery management system and a built-in safety switch. Its defining feature is current capability: it supports 100 A continuous discharge and a 150 A peak for 10 seconds, alongside a 100 A maximum charge current, which is well above the rest of the standard SuperPack range.
That headroom suits loads that draw heavily for short periods, such as inverters, electric winches, and bow thrusters, where a standard battery would otherwise limit performance. The integrated BMS and switch remove the need for an external BMS or contactor, and the switch disconnects automatically on over-discharge, overcharge, or out-of-range temperature. Round-trip efficiency of around 92 per cent and tolerance of partial states of charge carry over from the rest of the lithium range.
Batteries can be wired in parallel without limit to build a larger bank; series connection is not permitted. The pack weighs 10.5 kg and is rated IP43.
