Description
This Airmar installation kit supplies the plastic thru-hull housing needed to fit a P17 or DST800 series transducer, complete with the blanking plug so the fitting can be sealed when the sensor insert is removed. It is the standard low-profile P617V-style housing with an integrated valve assembly, O-rings, hull nut and washer.
Having the housing and plug together makes for a clean first-time installation and allows the transducer to be withdrawn for cleaning or antifouling while keeping water out of the boat. Intended for fibreglass and timber hulls.
