Description

The Garmin Reactor 40 Kicker autopilot with GHC 50 and stainless steel tilt tube brings GPS-stabilised steering to boats powered by a small kicker or trolling outboard. The Reactor 40 CCU is a solid-state course computer that senses heading, attitude and rate of turn to hold a course or follow a route accurately. The system steers the outboard with a steering actuator that fits into the motor tilt tube and controls speed with a throttle actuator, so the autopilot can hold a heading hands-free. This pack includes the stainless steel tilt tube the actuator must run in, which is needed on motors whose original tube is not stainless. Control is through the supplied GHC 50, a 5 in colour touchscreen instrument with NMEA 2000, Wi-Fi and ANT+ connectivity. Dockside and Sea Trial wizards tune the system to your boat.
