Description
Navico's medium-duty NMEA 2000 cable uses a heavier 18 gauge conductor than standard Micro-C cable, so it drops less voltage along its length. That is what makes it the cable to use for the backbone itself, particularly on a larger boat where the trunk has to carry the supply through to powered devices some way from the source. This length is 10 m (33 ft), with Micro-C connectors at each end.
