The Iris HDMI2IP01 is an HDMI to IP video encoder that takes an HDMI video source and turns it into an IP stream on the vessel network, so the picture can be displayed on a compatible multifunction display. Description

The HDMI2IP01 converts an HDMI video source into an IP video stream that can be carried across the vessel network and shown on a compatible chart plotter or multifunction display. It is the ideal way to bring an HDMI signal, for example from a camera, computer, media player or thermal unit, onto the boat's network so it can be viewed on the helm displays without a dedicated video cable run.

Setup is straightforward: connect the HDMI source, place the encoder on the camera or MFD network and configure its IP address so the stream can be selected on the display. The device is designed to work with the major marine display brands, streaming to Raymarine, Navico and Furuno multifunction displays, with Garmin compatibility planned.
