Description
This is a genuine FLIR Marlin-series service part, the thermal-interface pad fitted at the base of the Marlin thermal camera. It bridges the small gap between the base electronics and their heat path, conducting heat away efficiently so the components in the base of the camera stay within their intended operating temperature.
Supplied as a replacement to be renewed whenever the base assembly is opened for service, the pad should be positioned correctly by a qualified technician during reassembly. Using the genuine pad preserves the original thermal management inside the camera.
