Description

The Garmin GC 14 Marine Camera gives you a clear view of key areas around your boat, from the cockpit and engine room to a blind spot astern, with the feed shown on a compatible Garmin GPSMAP chartplotter. It is a wired camera that outputs a standard PAL composite signal and connects to a chartplotter fitted with a built-in CVBS video encoder. A wide 95 degree horizontal field of view captures more of the scene than narrower cameras, while built-in infrared illumination provides visibility in low light out to around 15 m (49 ft). The compact dome housing can be installed upright, upside-down or on its side, and the image can be reversed so it reads correctly as a rear-view camera. An IPX7 water rating and sealed dome suit exposed positions on deck, and supplied screws, a set-screw wrench and a mounting template make installation straightforward.
