Description
The Simrad MX612JB is a junction box for Simrad commercial MX-series navigation equipment. It provides a total of 12 NMEA 0183 ports, of which two are reserved for antenna communications, leaving ten available for distributing position and navigation data to other systems onboard.
The junction box simplifies wiring on the bridge by centralising NMEA 0183 data distribution from the MX-series antenna and sensors to repeaters, autopilots and other connected equipment.
