Description
The Garmin Cortex H1 is a tethered, wired handset that puts full control of the Cortex marine communications system in your hand. With a colour touchscreen it manages VHF radio operation, Class D DSC calling and SmartAIS collision and anchor-watch alerts, giving a clear, modern interface at the helm or any additional station.
The H1 connects to the Cortex hub over a Wi-Fi network and is powered through a bulkhead connector, so a single handset cable keeps installation tidy. It features a 3 W Class D amplifier for clear audio and an IPX8 water rating, making it suitable for exposed and protected helm positions alike. Additional handsets can extend Cortex control to multiple locations on board.
