Description
The Garmin 77 is a compact dual-frequency transducer built around the Airmar P72, designed for in-hull mounting, trolling motors or ice fishing where drilling the hull is not an option. Operating at 77 and 200 kHz with 500 W of power, it returns clear depth and temperature data through the bottom of a solid fibreglass hull or from a trolling motor.
The 45 and 15 degree dual beams cover a wide search area at lower frequency and tighten for detail at high frequency, reading to around 900 ft. The unit ships with mounting hardware and instructions. When fitting to a 4-pin echo, ECHOMAP or STRIKER unit, the 8-pin to 4-pin adapter cable (010-11947-00) is required.
