Description
The Garmin Airmar P39 is a plastic transom-mount smart sensor that feeds depth, speed and water temperature directly onto a NMEA 2000 network. As a digital triducer it broadcasts clean readings to networked Garmin chartplotters and instruments, combining three measurements in one compact transom fitting.
This NMEA 2000 version is rated at 100 W, operates at 235 kHz with an 11-degree beam and reads to a maximum depth of 500 ft. It mounts on transoms with a deadrise of 0 to 20 degrees and ships with a 20 ft cable. The sensor is also known by its Airmar P39 designation.
The kit includes installation instructions; follow them carefully to avoid damaging your boat.
