Garmin B22 12deg, Bronze, Thru-Hull depth, temp Transducer

Description
The Garmin B22 is a bronze thru-hull transducer with a 12 degree tilted element, so the 200 kHz beam fires vertically on hulls with a deadrise of 8 to 15 degrees. It delivers depth and water-temperature readings and performs well at higher boat speeds, with a focused 14 degree beam that holds clean bottom returns where wider transducers can lose lock.
The bronze housing suits fibreglass and wooden hulls and must not be fitted to aluminium or stainless-steel boats, as galvanic interaction between the metal hull and bronze housing can cause corrosion. The transducer uses a 6-pin Garmin connection rated at 375 W and reads to 900 ft. Supplied with installation hardware and instructions; follow them carefully to avoid damaging the hull.
