Description

The Garmin GHC 20 is the helm control for Garmin marine autopilot systems, giving you a single, easy-to-read interface for engaging, steering and configuring the autopilot. Its bonded 4 in. colour screen is glass-treated to resist glare and condensation, with a wide 170 degree viewing angle and LED backlighting that adapts from bright daylight to dim night running using selectable colour schemes. The unit connects to and is powered by the NMEA 2000 network, so a separate power feed is not required, and it shares backlight and colour settings across compatible Garmin displays. The GHC 20 works with newer Garmin autopilots and legacy GHP corepacks alike, on both powerboats and sailboats, and supports steering patterns and GPS route following. It can also be paired with the Reactor wireless autopilot remote. The fully-gasketed polycarbonate housing is rated to IPX7 and can be flush or flat mounted for a tidy glass-helm finish.
