Description
The Garmin GHP Compact Reactor Hydraulic Autopilot System provides GPS-stabilised self-steering for boats with hydraulic steering. It combines a course computer unit with an internal heading sensor, an electronic control unit and a compact 1 litre electro-hydraulic pump, holding heading and following routes with smooth, reliable control.
This package does not include a dedicated helm control, so the autopilot is configured and operated through a compatible Garmin chartplotter on the same NMEA 2000 network. Setup is guided by the on-screen Dockside and Sea Trial wizards, and installation should be carried out by a qualified marine engineer.
