Description
The GPSMAP 7408xsv is an 8 inch multi-touch glass-helm chartplotter and sonar combo for anglers and cruisers who want strong performance and full system integration. Its widescreen touchscreen carries a preloaded worldwide basemap, and an internal 10 Hz GPS updates position and heading ten times per second.
Built-in sonar provides dual-channel 1 kW CHIRP traditional plus Garmin CHIRP ClearVu and SideVu scanning sonar for clear detail below and beside the boat. It is fully network capable over the Garmin Marine Network, NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183 and J1939, with built-in Wi-Fi, ANT and Bluetooth, so it can run radar, autopilots, sonar modules and sensors from one helm.
