Description
The GPSMAP 922xs Plus combines a 9 inch touchscreen chartplotter with a built-in fishfinder for mid-size helms. Its WSVGA display carries a preloaded worldwide basemap, and an internal 10 Hz GPS updates position and heading ten times a second for smooth, precise navigation.
The integrated sonar offers 1 kW CHIRP traditional plus Garmin ClearVu scanning sonar, and the unit is also compatible with Panoptix all-seeing sonar including LiveScope when the matching transducer is fitted. It networks over the Garmin Marine Network, NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183, with built-in Wi-Fi for ActiveCaptain, so it can anchor a multi-display system with radar, autopilots and sensors.
