Description
The Garmin Montana 680t is a rugged, dual-orientation handheld GPS built for the trail, the road and the water. It pairs a large 4 inch, glove-friendly sunlight-readable touchscreen with a high-sensitivity GPS and GLONASS receiver, so it locks on fast and holds an accurate position under heavy tree cover or in deep canyons.
The 680t adds preloaded TOPO mapping to the worldwide basemap and includes a built-in 8 MP autofocus camera that geotags every photo automatically. It runs on the supplied rechargeable lithium-ion pack or three AA batteries, takes additional maps via microSD, and is IPX7 rated for wet-weather use.
