Description

The Garmin PM265LM is the pocket-mount version of the B265LM, a 1 kW bronze CHIRP transducer popular with boat builders for tidy factory installations. It pairs a low band of 42 to 65 kHz with a medium band of 85 to 135 kHz, giving deep-water reach at the low frequency and broad, well-separated returns through the mid-range.

This bare-wire model reads to a maximum depth of 3,000 ft and reports depth and temperature. The pocket-mount housing is recessed into the hull, so the installation is dependent on the vessel. The 39 ft bare-wire cable connects to the Garmin GSD 26 CHIRP sonar module.

The kit includes installation instructions; follow them carefully to avoid damaging your boat.
