Description
The STRIKER Plus 7sv adds CHIRP SideVu to the CHIRP traditional and CHIRP ClearVu sonars, giving a near-photographic view of structure both below and to either side of the boat on a bright 7-inch WVGA display. Garmin Quickdraw Contours records your own one-foot contour maps as you fish, storing up to two million acres, and built-in Wi-Fi pairs the unit with the Garmin ActiveCaptain app for smart notifications and Quickdraw Community data.
As a fishfinder rather than a chartplotter it carries no preloaded charts, but the built-in, high-sensitivity GPS marks and returns you to waypoints and shows your boat speed. The supplied GT52HW-TM transducer carries traditional, ClearVu and SideVu elements with transom and trolling-motor hardware and a temperature sensor, and the rugged IPX7 housing handles open-water and ice fishing.
