Description
The Seaview ADA-R1DMLTB is a modular top plate for Seaview Modular Mounts whose part numbers end in M2, such as the satdome and dual base mounts. It adapts these larger M2 bases to carry closed dome (radome) and open array radars, and is the plate the Seaview fitting guide specifies to mount a radar on a 12 in or 18 in aft leaning M2 satdome base.
Pre-drilled to the radar bolt pattern, it gives the clean Seaview look with only four visible mounting screws rather than the swiss cheese appearance of universal mounts. As part of the modular system you can change electronics later by fitting a different top plate instead of replacing the whole mount.
Made from marine grade aluminium, primed and powder coated brilliant white to match Seaview mounts, it is sold separately from the base mount. Always check the Seaview reference guide to confirm the correct plate for your radar.
