Description
The EGIS MIDI Fuse Block protects an individual circuit from short-circuit events and over-current loads, helping to prevent wire insulation overheating and damage. High-tolerance mounting hole provisions make installation quick across a range of mounting arrangements, and the block can be sited adjacent to battery systems wherever it is most convenient. Serrated flange lock nuts resist cable-terminal loosening in high-vibration environments, and the M5 stainless steel self-locking hardware maintains secure connections over time.
A flexible black cover gives full 360-degree access for cables and terminals while guarding against inadvertent short circuits, and the block carries an IP66 ingress protection rating and is CE marked. Interlocking dove-tail connections in the composite base allow units to be stacked side by side, and the input stud length supports a common busbar across stacked blocks. Designed and made in the U.S.A. and backed by a four year warranty.
