Description
The Simrad MARIS ECDIS900 MK5B is a black-box, IMO type-approved Electronic Chart Display and Information System for SOLAS vessels subject to the ECDIS carriage mandate. This configuration is supplied with a 24-inch M5024 type-approved monitor. Running a familiar Windows-based interface, it delivers precise navigation with comprehensive route planning and optimisation, integrated chart management and ordering, universal radar overlay and an optional customisable conning display. The black-box processor mounts remotely, keeping the bridge console clean and allowing flexible installation.
