Description
The Icom IC-M330GE is one of the smallest fixed VHF/DSC marine radios in the world, with a front face barely larger than a modern smartphone. Despite its ultra-compact dimensions, it keeps Icom's hallmark stylish design, intuitive operation and dependable RF performance, making it an ideal choice for cockpits and helms where panel space is tight.
A built-in GPS receiver draws on GPS, GLONASS and SBAS to provide position, bearing and speed, with a supplied external GPS antenna to maximise coverage and meet the ITU-R M.493-14 standard. Built-in Class D DSC continuously monitors Channel 70 for distress, individual, group and all-ships calls, while a newly designed speaker delivers clear, distortion-free audio across a wide frequency range. Class-leading receiver selectivity and IMD performance keep communication reliable even in RF-busy marinas, and IPX7 waterproofing with the AquaQuake draining function suit it to the demands of the open water.
