The LiveScope XR LVS62 is the transducer on its own, letting owners of an existing LiveScope System add extended range by reusing their GLS 10 sonar black box. It sees up to 152 m (500 ft) in freshwater and 106 m (350 ft) in saltwater, with Forward, Down and Perspective views and AHRS stabilisation.

Description

The LiveScope XR LVS62 transducer lets owners of an existing Garmin LiveScope System add the extended range of LiveScope XR without buying a new black box, because it reuses the same GLS 10 sonar module. Built for coastal and open-water fishing, it sees up to 152 m (500 ft) in freshwater and up to 106 m (350 ft) in saltwater, and provides LiveScope Forward, LiveScope Down and Perspective views thanks to the included Perspective Mode Mount. A 135-degree front-to-back by 20-degree side-to-side field of view and 265 kHz to 550 kHz operation reveal fish and structure at distance, while AHRS stabilisation keeps the view steady in rough water. The transducer uses a 21-pin connector and ships with the Perspective Mode Mount, trolling-motor barrel and shaft mounts and a power cable.

What do I need to use the LVS62 transducer?
The LVS62 is the transducer only, so you need an existing LiveScope GLS 10 sonar black box and a compatible Garmin chartplotter. The transducer plugs into the GLS 10, which connects to the chartplotter over the Garmin Marine Network.
How far can the LVS62 see?
The LVS62 provides live scanning sonar up to 152 m (500 ft) in freshwater and up to 106 m (350 ft) in saltwater, making it suited to coastal and open-water fishing.
Can I add the LVS62 to my existing LiveScope System?
Yes. The LVS62 reuses the same GLS 10 sonar black box as the original LiveScope System, so you can add extended range by fitting just the new transducer.
What sonar views does the LVS62 provide?
The LVS62 provides LiveScope Forward, LiveScope Down and Perspective views. The Perspective Mode Mount is included, so all three views are available out of the box.
