Description
The ECHOMAP Plus 42cv is a compact, easy-to-install combo built around a bright, sunlight-readable 4.3 inch display that stays clear in direct sun. It pairs a worldwide basemap with built-in support for Garmin CHIRP traditional sonar and CHIRP ClearVu scanning sonar, so adding a compatible transducer turns it into a capable chartplotter and fishfinder for inshore and freshwater use.
Built-in Garmin Quickdraw Contours mapping lets you create personalised charts on screen with 1 ft contours as you fish, while compatibility with BlueChart g3 and BlueChart g3 Vision charts adds detailed coastal cartography with integrated Navionics data. Built-in Wi-Fi pairs with the ActiveCaptain app, and the unit shares waypoints and routes with other ECHOMAP and STRIKER devices. This part number is supplied without a transducer.
