Description

The Garmin GRID 20 remote input device lets you drive a compatible Garmin chartplotter from a convenient helm location using a precise joystick, a rotary knob and dedicated keys. It is especially useful on sailing yachts and larger vessels for keeping a hand on navigation and autopilot functions without touching the screen. Dedicated keys cover marking waypoints, an SOS function, navigation information, autopilot standby and engage, and assignable shortcuts.

Installation is flexible: the GRID 20 can take power and data from the boat NMEA 2000 network, or be mounted wirelessly using two AA batteries and an ANT connection to the chartplotter. This vertical version is intended for portrait-orientation mounting. The fully gasketed, high-impact plastic case is sealed to IPX7.
