Description

The Garmin GET 10 lets you display engine trim and tilt information on your NMEA 2000 network by adapting the analogue signal from an engine-tilt sender into NMEA 2000 data. Once connected, the engine-tilt reading appears on compatible Garmin chartplotters and instruments such as the GMI 10, giving you trim feedback at the helm. The adapter works with outboard and inboard/outboard motors that have trim control and can read either resistive senders or generic 0 to 5 Vdc voltage senders, automatically detecting one-coil or two-coil analogue gauges. A five-wire harness connects to the tilt gauge or sender, while a NMEA 2000 connector ties into the network backbone using the included T-connector. The unit is NMEA 2000 certified with a low load equivalency number of 2, draws a maximum of 1 W, and carries an IPX7 water rating with a 4.9 m (16 ft) integrated cable.
