Description
A tee connector is the building block that lets you branch a device off an NMEA 2000 backbone. This single-port tee installs into the backbone cable run and provides one drop-cable connection point, allowing you to add a sensor, display or other compatible device to the network without disturbing the rest of the wiring.
The revised version of this tee is offset by 45 degrees compared with the previous design, which can ease routing and connector access in tight installations. Build up your backbone by adding as many tees as your network requires, keeping each device on its own drop cable.
