Description
The Icom HS-94 is an ear-piece style headset that clips comfortably over the ear for hands-free style listening on compatible Icom handheld transceivers. The lightweight earpiece keeps received audio close to the ear, helping the user catch calls clearly while leaving the hands free for other tasks. For push-to-talk or VOX operation the HS-94 is used together with a separate Icom VOX/PTT switch unit (VS-1/L or VS-1SC) or a PTT switch cable (VS-4LA or VS-4MC), allowing the operator to transmit without holding the radio. Discreet and unobtrusive, the HS-94 suits leisure, outdoor and light commercial users who want a simple, comfortable listening accessory for their Icom radio.
