Which systems are HV displays compatible with?
The 10/10, 20/20, 30/30 and 40/40 HV displays work with both H5000 and Triton (Triton/Triton2) systems. They connect to the NMEA 2000 / Micro-C network and show data sourced from the connected instrument system.
What makes HVision displays easy to read?
HVision technology presents the clearest information through a unique display design and very wide viewing angles, so data such as boat speed, wind and depth stays legible in bright sunlight and from a distance across the deck.
How are HV displays powered and connected?
HV displays are powered directly from the NMEA 2000 network backbone via a single Micro-C drop cable, so no separate power wiring is required at the display itself. Always ensure the backbone is correctly powered and terminated.
Can I change what each HV display shows?
Yes. The data shown is configured from the connected H5000 or Triton system, allowing you to select the source and the sailing or navigation value displayed on each unit to suit your set-up.
Are HV displays waterproof for cockpit and mast mounting?
Yes, they are designed for exposed mounting on deck, at the mast or on pedestals. Refer to the printed quick-start guide supplied with the unit for the exact mounting template and waterproof rating.
