Description
The Kicker KMTC8 is an 8-inch two-way coaxial tower system for the wake tower or roll bar of your boat, matching a UV-treated polypropylene woofer with a 1-inch PEI dome tweeter in a sealed, enclosed pod. Each speaker mounts on a stainless-steel clamp that adjusts to tube diameters from 1.5 to 3.25 inches and swivels close to a full turn without tools, letting you point the sound at the deck, the dock or the tow rope. A seven-colour LED grille is built in for night-time lighting, and the system is sold as a pair.
The larger 8-inch driver gives you noticeably more output and low-end presence than a 6.5-inch pod while keeping the same tool-free adjustability. Marine durability runs throughout: a UV-resistant polymer basket, Santoprene surround, through-clamp wiring and rustproof 316L stainless-steel hardware are built to shrug off sun and spray, and the system meets or exceeds ASTM standards for UV and salt/fog exposure. This is the white version with a white grille.
