Description
This female NMEA 2000 terminator provides the termination resistance required at one end of the network backbone. Every NMEA 2000 backbone must be terminated at both ends for the bus to communicate reliably, and this connector supplies that resistance in the standard light-cable format.
It is used together with a male terminator at the opposite end of the backbone to complete the network. The matching male terminator is sold separately, so the correct gender can be chosen to suit the connectors already in place.
