Description
The HALO 2004 is the 4-foot open-array model in the Simrad HALO 2000 series of pulse-compression radars. Its 50W solid-state transceiver delivers performance comparable to a 12kW magnetron radar, detecting targets from around six metres out to 72 nautical miles with the clarity needed for confident navigation. Low-power pulsed transmissions make it safe to run in marinas, while features such as VelocityTrack Doppler colouring, ZoneTrack, Dangerous Target Alerts, and preset Harbour, Offshore, Weather, and Bird modes bring professional-grade situational awareness and collision avoidance to recreational boaters. Supplied with the RI-50 interface and pedestal for connection to a compatible Simrad multifunction display.
