Description
The Garmin GMR Fantom 24x delivers solid-state radar performance from a 24-inch enclosed radome. Its 50 W of CHIRP pulse-compression power and narrow 3.7-degree horizontal beamwidth give superior target separation and detection from just 6 m out to 48 nautical miles, with no magnetron warm-up time.
MotionScope Doppler technology uses the Doppler effect to detect and highlight moving targets in colour, helping you avoid collisions, locate flocks of birds and track approaching weather at a glance. Antenna rotation of up to 60 RPM keeps the radar picture fast to update even at close range.
The radome connects over Garmin BlueNet and Garmin Marine Network and is controlled entirely from a compatible Garmin chartplotter. This black-housing variant is built for life on the water and operates from -25 to 55 C.
