Description
The wireless handset (R70616) lets you take full VHF control anywhere on board without trailing cables, connecting to the radio through Raymarine's wireless hub over a 2.4 GHz wireless link. Up to two wireless handsets can be used with a single hub.
It runs on a non-replaceable rechargeable lithium-ion battery (2000 mAh) rated for up to 8 hours talk time and 100 hours standby, recharged wirelessly by inductive charging in its holster (around 5 hours for a full charge). The handset includes a 1W (16 Ohm) speaker and is built to IPX6 and IPX7 waterproof standards. Compatible with Ray90 / Ray91 and Ray63 / Ray73 systems; on Ray63 / Ray73 the wireless hub adaptor (R70739) is required.
