Description
DockSense Alert is the next generation of Raymarine intelligent docking technology that works on nearly any boat. Using FLIR stereo vision camera technology, it detects nearby obstacles as the boat approaches the dock and highlights them to the captain with both visual and audible alarms that escalate as the boat draws closer, giving the helmsman time to take action.
This five-camera solution provides full 360 degree protection and integrates with Raymarine Axiom multifunction navigation displays, rendering a simplified bird's-eye view of the surrounding area on screen. In addition to its 5 3D stereo vision cameras, the system uses precision heading and motion sensing from the AR250 and AR270 DockSense heading sensors, which combine to form a highly accurate GPS compass unaffected by magnetic interference.
DockSense Alert systems are designed for professional engineer installation. This system pack comprises 5 DockSense stereo vision cameras and the DockSense Alert processor.
