Description
The Raymarine i40 Bidata is a compact, easy to read instrument that shows boat speed and water depth together on a single display, an efficient way to cover the two most-watched readings from one helm position. Large digits and a high contrast LCD, lit by bold red backlighting, stay legible in bright sun or at night, and the i40 Bidata also reports trip, log and sea surface temperature.
Built in speed and depth transducer interfaces connect the display directly to Raymarine paddlewheel and depth sensors, and a full alarm set, shallow and deep depth, shallow and deep anchor, and high wind speed where wind data is available, keeps you informed. User calibration and a depth offset trim the readings to your boat.
On the SeaTalk network the i40 Bidata shares its data with other SeaTalk instruments and autopilots and can act as system master or repeater, with shared backlighting. A rugged, weatherproofed IPX6 case makes it ideal for new builds or the renewal of older instrument systems.
