Description
The Raymarine DockSense Alert processor is the central processing module at the core of a DockSense Alert system. It takes the feeds from the DockSense stereo vision cameras together with heading and motion data from the AR250 and AR270 sensors, and uses object recognition to detect obstacles as the boat approaches the dock.
When an object is identified, the processor highlights it to the captain with both visual and audible alarms that escalate as the boat draws closer, and renders a simplified bird's-eye view on a Raymarine Axiom multifunction display. The Alert processor is supplied as part of DockSense Alert system packs and is designed for professional engineer installation.
