Description
The Raymarine Magnum 6ft Open Array is the long array antenna for a Magnum open array radar system. Measuring 1918 mm (75.7 in), the larger aperture narrows the horizontal beamwidth to 1.15 degrees, which tightens bearing resolution and helps separate closely spaced targets at range, the reason serious offshore and angling crews favour the 6ft option.
The array bolts to either the 4kW or 12kW Magnum pedestal and rotates at 24 or 48 RPM, so you can match it to the transmitter power your boating demands. It is supplied with threaded alignment guides and fixings for the standardised Magnum mounting pattern, and once fitted the completed scanner connects to a compatible Axiom or Axiom 2 display through a single RayNet cable.
