Raymarine 18 inch Radome Top Cover (Service Part)

This is a genuine Raymarine replacement radome top, the moulded upper cover for the 18 inch Digital and HD Digital radar scanners (such as the RD418D and RD418HD). The radome top encloses and protects the rotating antenna array beneath it, sealing the scanner against spray, rain and UV.

It is supplied as a service part for the repair of an existing 18 inch radar dome. After prolonged exposure a radome top can fade, craze or crack, which can allow water ingress and affect performance. Fitting a genuine Raymarine top cover restores the weatherproof seal and preserves the original radar signal path. Replacement should be carried out by a Raymarine dealer or a competent marine electronics engineer using the correct gasket and fixings. This part is for the 18 inch radome only; the 24 inch scanner uses its own dedicated top cover.
