Raymarine HD Digital Radome Modulator / PSU PCB, 2024 (Service Part)

This is a genuine Raymarine replacement modulator and power-supply (PSU) PCB for HD Digital radar radome scanners (such as the RD418HD and RD424HD), to the 2024 board revision. This circuit board generates the high-voltage pulses that drive the magnetron and supplies the regulated power the scanner needs, so it is central to the radar's transmit function.

It is supplied as a service part for the repair of an existing HD Digital radome whose transmitter or power supply has failed. The 2024 revision is the current production version of this board. Fitting a genuine Raymarine board restores correct transmit operation and power regulation. Because the board carries high-voltage circuitry and sits inside the sealed radome, replacement must be carried out by a Raymarine dealer or a competent marine electronics engineer, who will re-make the weatherproof seal and re-tune the scanner as required.
