Description
The Raymarine RD424HD is a high performance 4kW 24 inch HD radome scanner that delivers trusted radar performance in a compact, lightweight enclosed antenna. Proven magnetron technology and an adaptive digital receiver produce crisp, lifelike 256 colour radar imagery, keeping you aware of traffic, hazards, obstacles and approaching weather day and night, and in dense fog, rain and limited visibility.
Automatic buoy, harbour, coastal, offshore and bird tuning modes optimise target detection, while manual control of tune, gain, colour gain, sea clutter and rain is also available. The 24 inch antenna gives a 3.9 degree horizontal beamwidth, and fast 48 RPM rotation is supported with compatible displays. MARPA target tracking plus radar, chart, AIS and FLIR camera overlay are supported on Raymarine Axiom family and earlier compatible displays. Trusted by the United States Coast Guard.
This package includes a 10 m power and data interconnect cable for connection to a compatible Raymarine multifunction display.
